Return & Refund Policy We create one-of-a-kind, handcrafted furniture tailored to each client’s specifications. Because our pieces are custom-designed and approved prior to fabrication, our return policy reflects the uniqueness and commitment involved in each project.
Custom Orders / One-of-a-Kind Pieces All of our custom furniture is made to order and crafted based on designs that are reviewed and approved by the client before production begins.For this reason: • Custom pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication begins.
• Once a custom piece has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or refund — regardless of reason. We strongly encourage clients to carefully review all dimensions, materials, and design specifications before giving final approval.
Return Eligibility – Ready-Made or Standard Items If you’ve purchased a non-custom, ready-made piece, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and in original condition
• It is returned in original or equivalent protective packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The item has not been shipped as part of a custom or made-to-order purchase

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method for all returns.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a repair or replacement as appropriate.
Final Note on Custom Work Due to the personalized nature of our custom pieces, all sales are final once fabrication begins.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once a custom piece has shipped, even if the item has not yet been delivered.
